Refund policy
Returns Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items Because certain items in our store are made custom to order, we do not accept returns or process refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. We highly recommend reviewing our sizing charts carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return or proof of defect is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, make a call at 01771947920.
Return Shipping If a return is required, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
